Software Carcass Inventory

With the TRAX-IT Slaughterhouse Software the carcasses, sides, or quarters are added

to the carcass cooler inventory when the hot weight tickets are printed at the hot weight scale.

The carcasses, sides, or quarters are removed from the carcass cooler inventory,

by scanning the hot weight tickets, or by receiving the trolley hook ID from

the integrated trolley hook tracking system. This can be managed in at different locations,

either with or without capturing the cold weights.
