With the TRAX-IT Slaughterhouse Software, a slaughterhouse can create its own list of codes

for the carcass quality grades and yield grades, to create lookup lists for

the operators of the inspection, and the grading programs.

A wireless Windows handheld computer, with an integrated barcode scanner,

can be used to run the TRAX-IT Grading program in the cooler, or a stainless-steel touchscreen computer

can be used to run the program at a grading platform.

The operator selects the quality and yield grade from the lookup tables.

The carcass cooler inventory is updated in real-time with the grade of each side or carcass.

If a grading platform is used, then the TRAX-IT Grading program can be integrated

with a trolley hook tracking system, and a camera grading system.
